United Airlines Saipan, manned by POI Aviation, was awarded best in customer service for the month of January 2019. The event was attended by the management and employees who are assigned to handle United Airlines operations. From United Airlines were Dave Baker, manager for Saipan and Justin Marion, general manager for Guam responsible for Saipan station. POI Aviation is represented by Rella Kretzers, General Manager, Agnes Ada, Airport Services Manager Patrick Tenorio, Terminal Operations Manager and Justo Quitugua, Aircraft Maintenance Manager.
The ceremony was held at POI Aviation main office on February 19, 2019.
