– High school diploma/GED required.
– One (1) year experience as a cook in international cuisine is required and preferably from a full service hotel or high volume restaurant.
– Able to read and follow standardized recipes, strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
– Must have problem solving skill.
– Self-motivated and organized.
– Must be able to work under pressure and adaptable to last minute work preparation.
– Able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
– Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
– Must go through a pre-employment drug test.
