It was no sweat as the Tan Holdings participants towed a 145,000lbs United Airline Boeing 737 aircraft at the United Plane Pull fundraiser last April 21 held at the United Tiyan’s hangar at the Guam International Airport.Wearing all blue, the Tan Holdings’ participants proudly raised their flag as they finished 5th and 10th place in the men’s and coed division respectively.
The United Plane Pull is an annual event hosted by United Airlines. With the theme of “Towing the Line to Save Lives”, this year’s beneficiary is the American Cancer Society, raising over $157,000 worth of donations. There were reportedly 3500 people from different companies who joined the event.
