SAIPAN. THC celebrated the diversity of its business operations in its 1st Annual Conference held at the Hyatt Regency in Saipan last March 28-29. The theme "Strengthening Our Commitment to Micronesia's Growth" highlighted the company's contributions in business and its social responsibility in the region's growth.

The two-day conference focused primarily o changes in the company. It specifically dealt with the new THC vision; group performance and highlights; business opportunities in various countries; best practices of companies; and general information sharing on community service program; International Organization for Standardization, Unifies Principles of Social Responsibility and Practice; Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing; Social Accountability 8000; corporate values; corporate communications; human resources plan and information system.

Various side activities also included a golf tournament, group performances, entertainment, and an awards ceremony.
