TAN GIVES $1.86M TO EDUCATION
As part of a celebration of his 35th year of doing business in Micronesia, educational institutions in the region are receiving $ 1.86 million in donations from entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr. Tan Siu Lin, chairman of Tan Holdings, a group of companies he founded in 1972.

Saipan, June 12, 2007 – Northern Marianas College is pleased to announce the availability of the Tan Holdings Scholarship for the Fall 2007 semester. Tan Holdings will award up to ten $1,000 scholarships to ten deserving full- or part-time NMC students at the beginning of the Fall 2007 semester. February 23, 2007 CTSI Logistics Saipan joins Beautify CNMI! Adopt-a-Road program
CTSI Logistics Saipan is doing its share to save the environment of Saipan by signing up with the “Beautify CNMI!” Adopt-a-Road program. Under the name POUC (Port Operators Users Committee), CTSI Logistics Saipan grouped with other companies such as Vessel Agents, MELL (Marianas Express Lines, Ltd.) and government agencies like the Commonwealth Ports Authority (CPA), U.S. Coast Guard and Saipan Stevedore Company.

February 1, 2007 TAT Petroleum Inaugurates Distribution Center on Guam
TAT Petroleum Guam hosted a barbeque party last February 1, 2007 to inaugurate its Distribution Center for Mobil lubricant products. The event was well-attended by local lubes customers who got to mingle with key executives from ExxonMobil, TAT Petroleum Singapore and various Tan Holdings affiliates on Guam.
