Fiesta Resort collaborating with NMTI Hospitality program

Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan recently hosted a luncheon for the students of Kagman High School, currently undergoing the Hospitality Program under the Northern Marianas Trades Institute (NMTI). The program being rolled out by NMTI is the START (Skills, Tasks and Results Training) Hospitality program for Academic Students which is developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). The program prepares students with real world knowledge and skills needed in preparation for a career in the hospitality industry.

The students enjoyed the afternoon which started off with a Buffet lunch at the world Café with Mr. Vic Cepeda, Director of Education NMTI. They met Chef Roland Fitz, Executive Chef; Ms. Socorro Huliganga, F&B Asst. Manager, and Mr. Abner Acosta, General Manager. They day ended with a hotel tour.
